Caregiver responsibilities may include:

Assisting clients with personal care services such as oral care, bathing, toileting, dressing, & grooming
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping including laundry, dishes & vacuuming
Planning, preparing & serving meals
Assistance with transfers, walking and physical activity
Assistance to appointments, outing, activities, errands, and shopping
Providing companionship, cheerful conversation, and positive assistance at all times
Deliver weekly reports to the case manager and review any important changes in the patient’s condition

Caregiver Qualifications Include:

High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
Extensive experience working with the elderly
Impeccable written & oral communication skills
Experience & knowledge working with patients who have chronic & acute conditions
Ability to problem solve quickly
Compassionate
